Cheap Second Hand Mirror I'm Spray-Painting Turquoise

The man who lived beneath me at my last place went trash-picking regularly. He'd find wonderful things, and anything rose-related he would give me. I made him take money for some things, though, and for this mirror I gave him $10. I'm using "Lagoon" colored paint to color it turquoise, and I adore the roses in the frame. It still needs a second coat and sealant, but I wanted to show it off.

Unfortunately, when my mother visited last week she stepped on it while it was drying and broke the actual mirror. But it's easily replaced, and mom has offered to pay to have one cut to the right size. So I'm not exactly upset.

The actual color is closer to that in the first picture than the second.

So, what do you think?  Anyone?

Thank you! I used Rust-Oleum 2X Ultra Cover spray paint in Lagoon on it. In retrospect, I might have preferred one shade lighter, as my bedding is about 2 shades lighter--but it still is the same hue.

I'm going to spray paint a desk the same color as well.

ETA: Well. I have a desk I could spray paint--and then I have a matching pair of end tables. And enough paint for doing either the end tables or the desk, but not both.

Not sure which I'll do yet.

I'd do the end tables, then. :D

Inspiration struck! I'm going to use the paint one a small brown bookcase that's also in my bedroom, and also on a writing desk that I plan to put under the mirror like a vanity. I may need to get a third can of paint, but that's not expensive.

I find crafts soothing in my free time. I may at some point by a lighter shade of the same hue and use it for stenciling on the bookcase and desk. I'm thinking vines on the desk to go with the roses on the mirror. Your thoughts?
